Every set of ZDMei Grillz is individually crafted according to your selected design and dental impression. From choosing your style to receiving the finished piece, our team guides you through every step.

Step 1 — Choose Your Style

Explore our grillz collection and select your preferred:

  • Upper or lower teeth

  • Number of teeth

  • Plain, 8/8 iced, or 10/10 iced design

  • Yellow gold, silver, rose gold, or custom finish

  • Moissanite cut and setting style

  • Letters, numbers, symbols, or custom details

Step 2 — Place Your Order

Select your options, enter your shipping information, and complete payment through our secure checkout.

Before submitting your order, carefully confirm the tooth positions, metal color, stone setting, engraving, and other customization details.

After your order is confirmed, we will send you the next-step instructions.

Step 3 — Take Your Dental Impression

We will send an impression kit with the materials and instructions needed to create a mold of your teeth at home.

Follow the instructions carefully and send us clear photos of the completed impression before mailing it back. Our team will perform an initial check and confirm whether the impression is suitable.

You may also ask a licensed dentist to take a professional dental impression. Contact us beforehand to confirm the required impression area.

Important: Do not mail your impression until our team has reviewed the photos and approved it.

Step 4 — Return and Approve Your Impression

Return the approved impression according to the shipping instructions provided by our customer service team.

After receiving it, we will inspect the physical impression to confirm that it clearly captures:

  • The full shape of each selected tooth

  • The gum line

  • The spaces between the teeth

  • The required fitting area

If the impression is incomplete or distorted, we may request a new one. Production begins only after your physical impression and final design have been approved.

Step 5 — Handcraft Your Grillz

Our craftsmen create your custom grillz using your approved dental impression and selected specifications.

Depending on the design, the production process may include:

  1. Creating a precise working model

  2. Building the grillz structure

  3. Casting and shaping the S925 sterling silver

  4. Applying the selected metal finish

  5. Setting each moissanite stone

  6. Polishing the surface and refining the edges

Production time varies depending on the number of teeth, stone setting, design complexity, and current order volume. We will provide a more accurate estimate after approving your impression and design.

Step 6 — Quality Check and Shipping

Before shipping, every finished set goes through a quality inspection. We check:

  • Design and tooth positions

  • Metal finish and polishing

  • Stone setting and overall appearance

  • Edges and structural details

  • Fit against your dental model

  • Order specifications and packaging

Once your grillz pass inspection, they will be carefully packaged and shipped to your address. Tracking information will be sent to the contact details provided with your order.

International delivery times may vary because of customs clearance and local carrier processing.

Receive, Fit and Shine

When your grillz arrive, carefully try them on following the included instructions.

If you experience a fitting issue, stop wearing the grillz and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos, and a short fitting video.

Do not bend, cut, file, glue, or modify the grillz yourself.
