1 Acceptance

By accessing zdmeijewelry.com, requesting a quote, paying for an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other applicable rules published on the website. If you do not agree, do not place an order. If you order for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2 Seller Information

The website is operated by Guangzhou Zhendimei Jewelry Co., Ltd, with a business address at Room 235, 25 Yingxing West Road, Donghuan Subdistrict, Panyu District, Guangzhou, China, referred to as “ZDMei Jewelry,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

3 Eligibility and Oral Health

· You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your location. A parent or legal guardian must place orders for minors.

· Grillz are decorative jewelry. They are not medical devices, dental treatment, orthodontic appliances, or permanent crowns. Website content is not medical or dental advice.

· Before purchase and use, consult a qualified dentist if you have gum disease, cavities, loose teeth, allergies, orthodontic appliances, or other oral conditions. Stop use and seek professional help if you experience pain, bleeding, swelling, numbness, allergic symptoms, or a swallowing or breathing risk.

· Do not wear grillz while sleeping, exercising, eating, drinking hot liquids, or during any activity that creates an injury or swallowing risk. Maintain proper oral and product hygiene.

4 Product Information and Customization

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but screens, lighting, handmade production, and characteristics of natural or laboratory-grown stones may cause minor differences. The material, purity, stone type, dimensions, and workmanship stated on the product page, quote, or order confirmation form the agreed specifications. A product is natural diamond only when expressly identified as such. Moissanite, laboratory-grown diamond, cubic zirconia, or other materials will be supplied as stated in the order.

The customer is responsible for timely and accurate impressions, scans, tooth selection, dimensions, and design approvals. We may make reasonable adjustments for manufacturability, safety, and structural integrity, with approval requested before material changes. Renderings and mockups are illustrative; reasonable handmade variation may occur.

5 Prices Payment and Taxes

Prices are charged in the currency displayed at checkout or in the written quote. Unless expressly shown as prepaid, international duties, VAT, sales tax, customs charges, and brokerage fees are not included and are payable by the recipient. We may reject or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, a pricing error, availability, or compliance concerns. Amounts already paid will be returned as required by law.

6 Intellectual Property and Customer Content

Website text, images, video, designs, trademarks, logos, and other content belong to us or their respective owners and may not be copied, scraped, sold, or commercially used without written permission. You must have the right to use any artwork, name, logo, or content submitted to us and grant us a limited license to use it only to quote, design, manufacture, deliver, and support your order. You are responsible for claims arising from infringing submissions. We will not use identifiable customer work in marketing without consent.

7 Prohibited Use

· Do not use the website for fraud, money laundering, infringement, attacks, malicious scraping, malware, sanctions violations, or other unlawful conduct.

· Do not use products unlawfully or misrepresent their materials, origin, or brand in resale.

· We may suspend service or cancel an order when we reasonably suspect illegality, fraud, abuse, or a safety risk.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from improper wear, failure to follow care instructions, dental or oral changes, inaccurate customer information, third-party repair, customs delay, or events beyond our reasonable control. No limitation applies where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including certain personal injury, fraud, willful misconduct, and mandatory consumer rights.

9 Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful submissions, or misuse of a product. This does not reduce liability that we are legally required to bear.

10 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay caused by natural disaster, epidemic, war, government action, customs action, labor disruption, carrier interruption, network or power failure, material shortage, or another event beyond reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to notify customers and reduce the impact.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

Subject to non-waivable consumer rights in the customer’s jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before a competent People’s Court in Guangzhou where the website operator is established. Any mandatory right to sue in the consumer’s home jurisdiction or use another statutory dispute process remains unaffected.

12 Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms to reflect business, technical, or legal changes. Updated Terms apply from publication to future use and orders. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. A materially adverse change will not apply retroactively to an existing order unless required by law.
